What we do

Cats Protection vision is to ensure that every cat is given the chance of a life where it will be treated with kindness and an understanding of its needs.
Trafford Cats Protection covers the following areas:

WA13, WA14, WA15, M16, M17, M31, M32, M33, M41

We also seek to alleviate the problem of unwanted cats, by offering information and advice about responsible cat ownership and promoting the benefits of neutering.

Cats Protection is a strong, united charity with simple and clear objectives: By finding good homes for cats in need.
By supporting and encouraging the neutering of cats.
By improving people’s understanding of cats and their care.

One of Cats Protection’s key aims is neutering. It is the only effective way to reduce the number of unwanted cats in the UK. We also strongly believe that having a companion animal neutered is a responsible part of pet ownership.
